Dr. Angelica M. Diaz-Martinez serves as the Vice Chancellor for Lifelong Learning and Innovation at Rutgers–New Brunswick. 

Dr. Diaz-Martinez led the transition of the former Division of Continuing Studies (DoCS) to the new Division of Lifelong Learning and Innovation (LLI), establishing a clear vision for expanding access to education across the lifespan of learners and strengthening Rutgers–New Brunswick's role as a hub for professional and workforce development.
